Getting six consecutive defensive stops in each half and sharing the ball to the tune of 23 total assists on 26 made field goals Saturday night, the second-seeded Worthington Trojans claimed an exciting 76-69 victory over the third-seeded Hutchinson Tigers in the semifinals of Class 3A, Section 2A at Worthington High School.

Worthington, which has now won 15 of its last 16 games, improves to 21-4 overall and advances to the section championship game for the second time in three seasons.
