Lucas Henning, a junior for Worthington, converted a steal into a layup with 29 seconds remaining, giving the Trojans a 55-54 victory against Ellsworth in a game that has become an intense rivalry.

As the final buzzer sounded in Monday’s game, the Worthington student section stormed the court.

In front of a large crowd assembled to see two of the top programs in southwest Minnesota, the game lived up to its hype.
