The Royals are 12-0, and remain the only undefeated team in the Twin Cities metro area.
Hopkins has been the No. 1 ranked team in every Class 4A poll released by the Minnesota Basketball News this season, and is a two-time defending state champion.
The Royals haven’t lost since Jan. 8, 2010, a stretch that stands at 35 games.
