The final week of the boys’ basketball regular season brings to a close one of the great coaching careers in state history. Chisholm coach Bob McDonald is stepping down after the season, his 59th overall and 53rd with the Bluestreaks, but not before one final potential playoff run.
McDonald ends his final regular season behind the bench with a home game against Ely, which is coached by his son Tom McDonald. There may be a few tears shed at what is easily our top game of the week of Feb. 17-23, 2014.
