Hopkins forward Nick Jorgensen, who was one of the top six men in the state, will have a different role this upcoming season for the Royals. The 6-foot-6 forward will likely move into the starting lineup as the team tries to win a state-record fourth straight Class 4A state title. 

 

Jorgensen averaged 8.2 points per game as the Royals finished 31-1 with a season-best 20 points versus Madison East in the Border Battle. He scored in double figures in 10 games last season, including a five times in a six-game stretch.
