And the winner is... MN Boys' Basketball Hub Top Performer revealed

Athletes are considered for the weekly top performer poll only if their stats are entered on the MN Basketball Hub by 10 a.m. on Sundays. If coaches or members of their staffs need access to enter stats, please email mnhubs@sportngin.com.


Top Performer winner

Jaeden King, Cretin-Derham Hall. 30 points and 11 rebounds from the senior guard pushed Cretin-Derham Hall to a 73-64 win over Benilde-St. Margaret's on Dec. 27. Two days later, in a 66-48 win at Eagan, King scored 16 points and snagged three steals.

Top performer candidates

Zeke Nnaji, Hopkins. Nnaji finished Hopkins' 3-0 week with a 29-point game on Dec. 29 against Minnehaha Academy. The No. 3-4A Royals won the game 97-85.

David Roddy, Breck. The senior forward fueled No. 4-2A Breck's offense with two huge scoring displays. Roddy scored 44 points in a 79-74 win at South St. Paul on Dec. 27 and recorded another 34 points the following night against New Life Academy.

Matthew Hurt, Rochester John Marshall. Hurt averaged more than 29 points in John Marshall's three games last week. He recorded 33 points and 11 rebounds against Lake City on Dec. 28, and the senior followed with 36 points the next day in a 62-74 loss to Brandon Valley.

Isaac Tessier, White Bear Lake. Tessier made his mark on the stat sheet in White Bear Lake's 74-50 win at Fridley on Dec. 27. The guard recorded 28 points, nine rebounds, six assists, and five steals in the victory.
