Last Saturday, the Thunder got their chance to avenge their 59-57 loss to the Sauk Centre Mainstreeters when they squared off at Sexton Arena on the campus of St. John’s University.

The Mainstreeters approached the game the same way as they did the last time the two teams met. They played very physical and knocked the Thunder around a bit.

In the end, the Thunder were the ones taking quality shots while the Mainstreeters tended to force shots as the Thunder took the game 61-46 to advance in the Section 6AA tournament.
