And the winner is... MN Boys' Basketball Hub Top Performer revealed

See who fans voted as the Top Performer from Jan. 24-30.

Athletes are considered for the weekly top performer poll only if their stats are entered on the MN Basketball Hub by 10 a.m. on Sundays. If coaches or members of their staffs need access to enter stats, please email mnhubs@sportngin.com.


Top performer winner

Will Strandemo, Delano: Strandemo scored 36 points in a tight 88-83 win on Jan. 27 against Southwest Christian. It was Strandemo’s seventh game of the season with more than 30 points.

Top performer candidates

Theo Liu, Blake: Liu scored 37 points and added nine rebounds in the first win of a three-game win streak on Jan. 24 against Breck 76-61. The 37-point performance matched his previous season-high recorded Dec. 21.

Ty Morrison, Deer River: The 6-5 senior dropped 40 points and grabbed 11 rebounds in a dominant 98-53 win against Northome-Kelliher on Jan. 24. Morrison is averaging almost 24 points and 11 rebounds per game this season.

Nasir Whitlock, DeLaSalle: Whitlock recorded a season-high 34 points in a 90-70 win on Jan. 27 over Holy Angels. Whitlock scored only five points in a 71-60 win over Holy Angels on Jan. 4.

Brady Nicholson, Chaska: The 6-9 senior’s 32 points was the difference against St. Lous Park on Jan. 28 as Chaska went on to win 72-53. Nicholson is averaging a little over 23 points this season.
