Here are 11 returning players from across the state worth paying attention to this season.

We looked outside the metro area for some of the top returning players in Minnesota boys’ basketball. Meet the players and see why you should keep an eye on them this season.

Others to watch

Logan Sussner, Minneota: The 6-2 senior averaged 23 points and 11 rebounds while helping Minneota to a 23-4 record last season.

Jarell Jacobs, Cass Lake-Bena: The 6-1 senior guard averaged 24 points in leading the Panthers to a 27-2 record last season.

Dylan DeChampeau, Greenway: The 6-6 senior is an all-around athlete beginning his fifth year as a basketball starter. He has more than 2,000 career points.

Austin Doorenbos, Windom: The Eagles struggled to a 2-20 record last season but Doorenbos had no trouble scoring. The 5-11 junior averaged 24 points per game.

Will Tschetter, Stewartville: The 6-8 junior led the Tigers in scoring each of the past two seasons and has 68 points in his first two games this season.
