Marshall at Orono
3 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 11

Marshall has been rolling recently, but Orono won't back down from this battle between two of Class 3A's top five teams.

A three-headed attack featuring guard Zach Bloemker (14. 3 ppg) and 6-foot-8 forwards Mitchell Sueker (13.4 ppg) and Weston Baker Magrath (12.6 ppg) compliments No. 3-3A Marshall’s lockdown team defense. The Tigers (18-1, 11-0) have held competition to 47.2 points per game, but may have more on their hands against a fast-paced Spartan team.

No. 5-3A Orono (14-4, 3-1) point guard Colton Codute has a slew of weapons at his disposal which has helped him become the state’s leading passer with eight assists per game.

Between leading scorer Max Bjorklund (18.3 ppg), postman Jarvis Thomas (14. 7 ppg, 10.5 rpg) and a trio of three-point wizards in Jack Anderson, Griffen Sage and Thomas Lecy, Codute has plenty of options to try to unlock Marshall's defense.
