Goodhue at Rushford-Peterson
7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 13

Goodhue coach Matt Halverson is 0-4 against his former coach Tom Vix of Rushford-Peterson. The protege, however, may have the edge this season as his Wildcats (3-0) are ranked No. 7 in the Class 1A poll while the Trojans are still searching for their first win of the season.

Jacob McNamara is the top returner for Goodhue and will look to improve on the seven points he scored last year’s 44-43 loss to Rushford-Peterson.

The No. 10-1A Trojans were stymied in the season opener by No. 1-2A Caledonia, shooting just 28 percent from the field in a 65-34 loss.

Luke Rasmussen (8.5 ppg last season) is Rushford-Peterson's top marksman. He hit a team-high 44 three-pointers a year ago.
