Park Center at Osseo
7 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 13

Five miles is all that separates the Park Center and Osseo campuses, and with both earning a spot in the Class 4A Top 10 rankings, Tuesday's rivalry game will be one to watch.

Idaho commit Losini Kamara scored five points in overtime and made a game-clinching rebound to oust Columbia Heights 79-75 last Friday. Kamara finished with a team-high 21 points, while sophomore reserves Khari Broadway and Emmanuel Tamba added 18 and 15 points, respectively, to helping the No. 10-4A Pirates’ bench outscore the starters 42-37.

Osseo spent last weekend in Duluth, where the No. 9-4A Orioles rolled Duluth East (99-37) and Hermantown (70-54), and now aim to bring that success into their home opener.

Zach Theisen, son of coach Tim Theisen, has posted 56 total points in the two contests for the Orioles (2-0), who are reloading their lineup after last year’s team went unbeaten until the Class 4A state semifinals.
