Hopkins at Eden Prairie
7 p.m., Friday, Feb. 20

Hopkins' success after the Coffey injury has been due to several players stepping up their production. Royals' guards John Warren (19 ppg), Xavier Johnson (13.3 ppg), Vinnie Shahid (12.6) and Ishmael El-Amin (10.3) are scoring and sharing the ball effectively.

That was evident in Hopkins' 75-67 win over Eden Prairie on Jan. 16, as all four Royals scored in double figures. Warren and Johnson each had 21 points, while Shahid and El-Amin added 10.

Eden Prairie was led by leading scorers senior guard Grantham Gillard (18.9 ppg) and senior center John Lanasa (10.6 ppg), who combined to score 39 points, and junior guard Brady Rudrud finished with a season high 18 points. However, the rest of the Eagles scored just 10 points.

One factor which could come into play in this matchup: Eden Prairie is 11-0 at home.
