The annual "Border Battle" showcase features matchups between some of the top teams in Minnesota and Wisconsin, including Stevens Point against Cretin-Derham Hall in the nightcap of 12-team event.

The Raiders (17-3) are on a nine-game winning streak that helped propel them to a No. 7 ranking in Class 4A. The Panthers are 17-0 and are the top Division I team in Wisconsin's Associated Press prep basketball polls.

Points should be prevalent in this game as both teams boast a trio of potent scorers.

Seniors Sam Neumann (20.1 ppg), Joe Rosga (19.7 ppg) and Donnell Gresham (12.9 ppg) lead Cretin-Derham Hall, while junior guard Trevor Anderson (23.7 ppg), junior forward Sam Hauser (18.5 ppg) and freshman forward Joey Hauser (10.4 ppg) lead Stevens Point.

The event, which is held in Minnesota every other year, has been dominated by teams from the home state the last two seasons. Wisconsin teams swept the matchups 6-0 in 2014, and Minnesota teams were 7-0 in 2013.
