Hopkins at Minnetonka
7 p.m., Friday, Jan. 23

John Warren has played an integral role for Hopkins during its winning streak. The senior guard scored 21 points or more in the Royals' last four games (including 31 in a 70-55 victory at Eastview on Dec. 31), a slight bump up from his team-high 17.3 points per game average.

Junior guards Xavier Johnson (14.1 ppg) and Vinnie Shahid (11.5 ppg) have aided the scoring attack for coach Ken Novak Jr.'s Royals.

Minnetonka averages 85.3 ppg and has five players scoring in double figures, including junior guards Amar Miller and Seth Coatta. Miller, who is in the middle of a phenomenal season, leads the team at 21.5 ppg, and Coatta is second in scoring at 16.4 ppg.

The Royals won both meetings last year (95-82 and 95-86).
