This Lake Conference showdown pits a high-scoring No. 6-4A Minnetonka (12-2, 1-1) team averaging 84.2 points per game against a Wayzata team (10-3, 1-2) allowing a conference-low 53.9 ppg.

Minnetonka coach Tom Dasovich has a good backcourt combination in juniors Amar Miller and Seth Coatta. Miller averages 20.9 ppg and Coatta 17.4 ppg for the state's third-highest scoring team.

Wayzata has a trio of juniors leading the team in scoring through 13 games: guards Johnny Beeninga (16.5 ppg) and Jack Sowada (13.5 ppg), and forward Austin Slater (11.4 ppg).

The Skippers pulled out a 74-72 win last year when they played the Trojans on Feb. 11.
