Minnesota prep basketball fans may be familiar with the Broman name thanks to Anders Broman, who went on a scoring tear from 2008-13 to become the state's all-time scoring leader.

As it turns out, the ability to score runs in the family. Anders' younger brother, Bjorn, has been lighting up the stat sheet. He leads the state in scoring this season and recently surpassed 3,000 career points.

Basketball fans living in the metro are have a chance to witness Bjorn's scoring prowess in person when Lakeview Christian Academy travels from Duluth to Woodbury for a game against the New Life Academy on Jan. 10.

There's no doubt the Eagles will have their hands full with Bjorn, a Winthrop University commit who averages 50.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, 7.1 assists and 4.0 steals. The senior guard also shoots 56.1 percent from the field and 50.3 percent from beyond the three-point line.

Conrad Engstrom leads the Eagles in scoring (19.1 ppg).
