No. 4 Eden Prairie at No. 9 Minnetonka
7 p.m., Friday, Feb. 21

Hopkins may have a stranglehold on the Lake Conference title entering the final week of the regular season, but two top-10 programs (Eden Prairie and Minnetonka) are battling for something perhaps more important at this point, favorable Section 6AAAA seeding in the hopes of avoiding the Royals until the section championship game. The winner of this game likely wraps up the No. 2 seed, while the loser will be in a dogfight with Robbinsdale Armstrong to avoid the No. 4 seed. Eden Prairie holds the head-to-head advantage with a 79-59 victory on Feb. 3. The Eagles used their balance to overwhelm the Skippers, as explosive guard Andre Wallace led four players in double figures with 19 points. Wallace is a multi-faceted point guard who is as comfortable dishing as he is scoring. Minnetonka is also well-balanced, as five players average in double-figures, led by super athletic wing Delshon Strickland (14.7 ppg).
