A No. 3 jersey goes everywhere the Perham basketball team goes, and right now the team is competing in the Minnesota State High School League Boys' Basketball Tournament for the first time in school history.
The jersey belongs to junior Zach Gabbard, 17, who collapsed during a game Jan. 20. The team brings it along for inspiration, and to show that Gabbard is still part of the team.
