Orono 69, Delano 65.  Calvin Wishart’s 30 point night was not enough for Delano to defeat Wright County East rival Delano. Jarvis Thomas and Max Bjorklund, who each scored 17 points apiece, led the Spartans.

Blaine 60, Anoka 48. With only a two point lead at halftime, Blaine erupted for 38 second half points to beat Anoka. Byron Bynum led the Bengals in scoring with 20 points as Blaine won its second consecutive home game. For Anoka, Joseph Lohse had a team-high 16 points.

Waconia 73, Minneapolis Southwest 58. Charlie Gove and Dillon Whittaker each scored 17 points in Waconia’s home win against Southwest.  The Wildcats picked up their 17th win of the season while Southwest fell to 9-15 overall.

Glencoe-Silver Lake 44, New London-Spicer 31. Allowing only 13-second half points, Glencoe-Silver Lake’s defense along with 20 points from Luke Frahm and 10 from Kyle Christensen was too much for New London-Spicer to overcome. Eli Kilpatrick led New London-Spicer with eight points.

Prior Lake 74, Lakeville South 62. Cougars’ senior guard Jack Sorenson accounted for almost half of Lakeville South’s points in its South Suburban Conference loss to Prior Lake.  Dawson Garcia led the Lakers with 15 points.

Minneapolis Patrick Henry 70, Blake 66. Behind Lamar Wood’s 31 points, the Patriots pushed past the Bears on their home gym. Blake’s Jack Moe led all scorers with 31 points. With the win, Patrick Henry improves to 18-6 overall while Blake drops to 8-15.
