Game Recap
Despite a spirited second-half comeback attempt by St. Charles, Watertown-Mayer pulled away in the game's final minutes for a 70-59 victory at the Hopkins High School Lindbergh Center in the Breakdown Sports USA Tip Off Classic.
Senior forward Trae Berhow scored a game-high 30 points for the Royals (3-0) and senior center McKinley Gehlhausen scored the game's next-highest total of 21 points.
The Saints (2-1) were led by junior guards Keagan Maloney, who scored 20 points, and Kaden Vaughn's 18.
