No. 7-3A Totino-Grace at Fridley
7:15 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 29

It’s a battle from the old neighborhood, as public school Fridley hosts the private school from down the road, Totino-Grace. The two teams have already played once, an 83-65 victory for the Eagles on Dec. 17. Fridley had no answer defensively against Totino-Grace's Reggie Meyer (27.2 ppg), who dumped a season-high 41 points on the Tigers. Seth Sullwold (14.1 ppg) added 20 points and Collin Fleming (10.3 ppg) scored 12 for Totino-Grace. Ahmed Ismail (10.8 ppg) and Darius Mulbah (10.7 ppg) were the only two scorers in double-figures for Fridley with 22 and 13 points, respectively. They’re two of four players who average at least 10 points on Fridley’s roster, along with Chaney Pal (12.0 ppg) and Michael Murray (10.8 ppg). The Tigers are an up-tempo and athletic team.
