Crosby-Ironton at Pipestone Area
7:30 p.m., Friday, Feb. 3

Crosby-Ironton has climbed the Class 2A rankings to No. 6 by remaining unbeaten, but the Rangers will be tested against an unfamiliar Pipestone team that plays in the deep Big South Conference.

A combination of smothering defense and effective shooting has kept competition at a distance and given Crosby-Ironton (16-0, 5-0) an average margin of victory of nearly 32 points.

Noah Gindorff (16.8 points and 10.5 rebounds per game) and Jack Silgen (16.2 ppg) lead the Rangers' offense.

Pipestone (10-8, 5-4) has been streaky this season and are on a two-game skid after an 82-69 loss to Worthington on Friday. Tyl Woelber (26 ppg) had a team-high 24 points for the Arrows.
