St. Clair at Cleveland
7:15 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 26

Cleveland’s perfect record will be put to the test against a St. Clair team that is 6-0 in the Valley Conference.

The Clippers will be without four-year letterwinner and Valley Conference Player of the Year, Carter Kopet, after he torn a knee ligament on Jan. 14 against Mayer Lutheran. He is out for the rest of the season.

Eighth grader Ben Holden has been thrust into the starting lineup for his defensive ability while Austin Plonsky and Jaiden Zishka will shoulder the scoring load for No. 17-1A Cleveland (14-0, 8-0).

St. Clair had a .500 record entering 2017, but has since won six of its past eight games. Mitchell Weber has fueled the Cyclones (10-6, 6-0) impressive run.
