Fond du Lac Ojibwe at Cristo Rey Jesuit
7:30 p.m., Friday, Dec. 2

Fond du Lac Ojibwe takes its up-tempo style to Minneapolis, where it’ll face a Cristo Rey Jesuit team that’ll be hungry to avenge a 68-66 regular-season loss from a year ago.

The Ogichidaag are undersized but employ a run-and-gun attack that led to an up-and-down 14-14 season with a combination of blowout victories and losses -- except for one game, the 68-66 win over the Pumas.

Joe Fineday returns as the team’s only senior, experience that’ll help the Ogichidaag as it searches to solve some matchup issues following the loss of 6-foot-7 center Justin Brown.

The Pumas will look to exploit their advantage down low: 6-foot-9 Jericho Sims. The Texas commit averaged 22.5 ppg and 11.9 rpg while leading a team comprised entirely underclassmen to a 20-8 record last year.

Karlton Gregory (16.5 ppg, 13.9 rpg) and junior Franklin Doyle (12.5 ppg) also return for Cristo Rey Jesuit.
