Eden Prairie at Hopkins
7 p.m., Friday, Feb. 19

With a victory over Minnetonka on Tuesday, Hopkins will be in position to lock up the Lake Conference title when it hosts Eden Prairie on Friday.

The No. 3-4A Royals (23-1, 5-1) are atop the league standings and hold a half-game lead over second-place Wayzata after the Trojans fell to last-place Edina as conference play continues providing plenty of surprises.

Hopkins hopes to replicate its performance from the first meeting with Eden Prairie (13-11, 2-4) in Friday's rematch. Seven Royals scored in double figures in a 104-78 win on Jan. 15, led by senior forward and Minnesota commit Amir Coffey's game-high 28 points.

Eagles' leading scorer Owen Chose (17.8 ppg) finished with 27 points while Brady Rudrud (13.0 ppg) was held to just eight in the loss.
