Marshall and Kasson-Mantorville both reached the Class 3A state tournament the last two years, and both enter the season trying to replace some significant experience.

 

Marah Mulso leads a young team and is one of four seniors on the roster for the No. 6-3A Tigers. She averaged 12 points in Marshall's three-game state tournament trip last season.

 

The No. 7-3A KoMets, looking to build off a fourth-place finish at state a season ago, turn to junior center Kristin Scott, who posted 21, 19 and 11 points in the state tournament.
