Chaska at Lakeville North
7 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 3

Two quality basketball programs coming off solid seasons are set to meet as Chaska travels to Lakeville North.

The Hawks and Panthers are looking to building on last season's success and are already 2-0.

Both teams have already shown they can score. Chaska is averaging 73.5 ppg while No. 8-4A Lakeville North is at 87.5. But their matchup could be a low-scoring affair if last last year's game is any indication, as Chaska won 68-60.

Panthers coach John Oxton's squad is led by junior forward Nathan Reuvers, who is scoring 29.5 ppg this season, while senior guards Calven Pesola (15 ppg) and Carter Brooks (14.5 ppg) are also off to solid starts offensively.

Junior forward Myles Hanson has 40 points in two games and leads a Hawks team that includes junior guard Andrew Kallman (16 ppg), senior guard Jameson Meyer (15.5 ppg) and senior forward Luke Roskam (12 ppg) averaging double figures in scoring.
