Hillcrest Lutheran at Henning

Henning has won the Park Region Conference championship in each of the past three seasons, but the Hornets may have a tough task repeating this season after graduating their entire starting lineup. An early season test comes Thursday in the season opener when the Hornets host Hillcrest Lutheran.

The Comets won the matchup 65-52 last year and return an accomplished scorer in Jake Isaac, who averaged more than 16.0 points per game as a junior.
