Woodbury at East Ridge
7:15 p.m., Friday, Feb. 7

Both Woodbury and East Ridge are chasing Cretin-Derham Hall in the Suburban East Conference standings as we enter the February stretch run, so this game is key for the hopes of a conference title for each program. East Ridge won 66-59 in the first meeting on Jan. 3 at Woodbury, but the Raptors have been riddled with key injuries. Starters Brian Ishola (15.2 ppg) and Ryan Mathis are out for the season. Six-foot-11 center Ryan Keenan (6.7 ppg) also just returned after sitting out five games due to injury. In their absence, Jake Knupp (15.6 ppg) and Sid Tomes (14.9 ppg) led the way for East Ridge. Woodbury’s Matt Ambriz (26.7 ppg) and Isaiah Coddon (12.6 ppg) paced a second-half rally by the Royals in that first meeting with East Ridge, but their 30-19 halftime deficit was too much to overcome. Coddon finished with 18 points and Ambriz 16 points.
